Dr. Farhana Rahman, an active member of the Bangladesh Orthopedic Society, has dedicated her career to advancing pediatric orthopedic care in Bangladesh.

Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Dhaka Medical College, she has introduced innovative treatment protocols for congenital limb deformities and trained young surgeons through BOS workshops. Her research on early intervention in clubfoot management has been published in leading international journals, inspiring both peers and students.

Beyond the operating theater, Dr. Rahman is a strong advocate for women in medicine, mentoring female medical students and encouraging their active participation in surgical specialties.
